Our properties
Our properties are all high quality apartments in prestigious buildings conveniently located close to Nottingham city centre. Each is fully-furnished to a high standard, with a secure dedicated car parking space.

Our tenants
Our tenants are normally professional people who work in or around central Nottingham. Most are corporate clients. Clients include Boots, Deloitte, E.ON, East Midlands Airport, John Lewis and Specsavers.

We care deeply about the quality of tenant experience, set high landlord standards and do our utmost to ensure that tenants' needs are fully met. All tenants have the opportunity to complete a feedback questionnaire on all aspects of their apartments and experience, with a view to continuous quality improvement.

Letting arrangements
All our properties are let through professional letting agents in central Nottingham, who oversee the management arrangements for the lettings.

Robert Garland

Robert Garland, MSc, DipFE, holds a Master’s Degree in engineering from Nottingham University and, before retiring, was formerly principal of a large college of further education prior to launching his own successful management consultancy business in the East Midlands. He is a former Chartered Engineer (CEng) and fellow of three professional institutions. He is joint founder of the UK’s Learning Communities Network. Since retirement Robert has been heavily involved in voluntary work and in 2003 received a civic award in recognition of his ‘outstanding personal service and valuable contribution to the community’. His interests include sport, yoga, reading, website design and voluntary work. He is married, lives in Nottinghamshire and, with his son, shares ownership of several properties in Nottingham. He has had 9 years of landlord experience in the property rental business.

Alistair Garland

Alistair Garland, BEng, ACGI, is an engineering graduate of Imperial College, London. He has 15 years’ experience in the IT industry and currently works in the Middle East. Alistair has travelled extensively in the Americas, the European continent, and the Middle East through his work with various multinational clients, including: Saudi Aramco, Pioneer, Mobil Oil, Dubai Aluminum, General Motors, Proctor & Gamble and Hewlett Packard. He currently lives in Bahrain with his young family, but is based in London and Toulouse in France. With his father, he shares ownership of several properties in Nottingham and has had 9 years of landlord experience in the property rental business.
